By paying a retainer fee, you obtain exclusive access to Talent Buddy’s network, playbooks, and strategies for sourcing qualified candidates for live roles. This service is a customized, high-performance approach in which our staff handles your recruitment and promotes your company, not ours.
Embedded
The Embedded concept involves integrating Talent Buddy within internal teams. This ensures strong communication among recruiters, hiring managers, and business units, leading to a better grasp of the organization’s culture, values, and unique hiring requirements. This service is variable, and a cost will be determined based on duration. Typically, this service is used for six to twelve months.
